Proposed addition and alteration works involving erection of new service lift to the existing lift core and new outdoor refreshment area (ora) at 1st storey and upgrading of main lobby internal finishes to an existing 10-storey single-user industrial development with ancillary facilities, temporary ancillary staff canteen and basement carpark on TS17 LOT 02774c at 80 Bendemeer Road (Kallang planning area).
